States of Matter: Use Pixie or Kid Pix or Kidspiration...use as an review lesson for grades 4 and 5 or intro for grades 2 and 3. Have students divide a page into three areas and stamp in the different states of matter...if they can defend that ice is a liguid, a gas, and a solid, let them!
2nd Grade Gifted...the principal took the magnets out of the classroom and the students realized they needed magnets in the rooms and had to use PIXIE/Web Blender to convince the principal that the magnets were needed in the classroom.
